A sure sign of a property being in a desirable location is when houses rarely come up for sale there, such as with this property, which enjoys a peaceful cul-de-sac setting from which no one has moved away from for over a decade, making this superb four bedroom detached home a scarce find indeed. Internal inspections are highly recommended and sure to impress, as both the interior and gardens are a real credit to the current owners, yet there is certainly still potential here to put your own mark on the property, or possibly even extend (subject to relevant permissions,) making it well worth your time to go see with your own eyes.
The internal layout of the property in brief includes: entrance hallway with staircase leading to the first floor, ground floor shower room, lounge with feature cast iron multi fuel stove and double doors leading to the dining room, which in turn has sliding doors opening out to the rear garden, separate modern fitted kitchen boasting an excellent range of fitted eye and base level wall units, ample work surface areas and space for a dining table and a separate utility / laundry room, which has access to the integral garage as well as an external door to the rear of the property. To the first floor is a central landing with loft access point, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room off, bedroom two (also including fitted wardrobes,) two further bedrooms and the first floor family bathroom. Outside the property you shall find off road parking to the front, both on the double width driveway, as well as within the integral single garage. Also in front of the property is a beautifully landscaped garden with established lawn and well stocked planted beds. The main garden however is to the rear and offers a private enclosed garden with paved sun terrace, mature lawn and numerous plants, trees and shrubs bordering.
